Rutledge Capital LLC has invested more than $160 million in middle market manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses over the past twelve years. Our current fund, John Rutledge Partners II, LP, is now fully invested. We have elected not to raise a third fund, but to spend our time and energies on the portfolio companies, Framed Picture Enterprise, in the custom-framed art business, and CROM Corporation, a maker of pre-stressed concrete tanks for state and municipal governments.
