Today, 20 years later, S-GROUP has two main activities: distribution of paints and varnishes and the production of paints, thinners and varnishes for printing and plastics, and operates in four locations. The head office is in Gornji Milanovac, office with warehouses are in Novi Sad, Belgrade and Nis. We focused our business on the current and future needs of our customers, satisfying their demands and overcoming their expectations, to meet the needs of the Company itself and its employees in order to achieve long-term sustainability and continuous development and improvement of the process. Business is divided into three profit centers: PC Dekorativa which includes: distribution of materials for finishing works in construction and within this PC are distributed products of renowned world and regional manufacturers: Helios, JUB, Knauf, and besides, and we have our own brand ULTRA. We set ourselves the goal of being among the leading domestic distributors of materials for finishing works in construction, paints and varnishes, thinners and anticorrosive coatings and other supporting materials, with special emphasis on the positioning of our brand. PC auto program is the latest PC within a company that exists for 3 years and includes the distribution of materials for the preparation for painting and paint for painting cars. We represent Akzo Nobel - one of the three largest manufacturers of paints and varnishes in the world, Novol - one of the leading manufacturers in the automotive industry (kits, varnishes, sprays) from Poland, and also we have our own brand ULTRA auto. Third, and at the moment, the most important profit center is PC Industry, where is the production of paint for plastics - masterbatch, under our brand name PLASTON, the production of flexo and deep printing agents under the trade mark COLORFLEX and the production of colors for flexo and deep printing in cooperation with the largest color manufacturer in the field of graphics SUN CHEMICAL. We are continuing our activities with the aim of becoming the largest producer of plastics (masterbatch) in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, and in accordance with this we are preparing investments in new equipment. Also, we continue with the development of printing ink production and we are constantly working to maintain a leading position in sales and production of thinners for flexo and copper printing. From this year, we started the expansion of the business by purchasing shares in other companies. s-group 20 years
