Sciaroni & Associates was founded in 1993 as the local office of Tilleke & Gibbins R.O.P., the largest independent law firm in Bangkok. In response to requirements of the Cambodian Bar Association in 2004, Sciaroni & Associates became an independent firm. Founder and Senior Partner Bretton G. Sciaroni has been a lawyer and investment adviser in Phnom Penh since 1993, making him one of the first foreign lawyers in Cambodia in the modern era. The firm now has more than 35 advisors, paralegals and support staff, creating a full-service advisory firm with experience and demonstrated expertise in all business sectors operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia. In 2011, the firm began expansion into Laos and Myanmar and now offers advice and expertise to clients with business interests in these important developing Southeast Asian markets. The firm utilizes its valuable experience to best serve a variety of clients, including domestic and international companies, banks and insurance companies, members of the diplomatic community, international organizations, multilateral lending institutions, non-governmental organizations, and various ministries and agencies of the Royal Cambodian Government.
