SafeNet partnered remotely with Dominion to develop a unique team. There were three main components to our approach. Planning: We developed an execution plan to organize the project into segments. Organization: SafeNet's team identified key project dependencies and implementation methods so that teams could set expectations and start working efficiently. Communication: Our team created a schedule of ongoing meetings, stake holder touch points, progress updates, and feedback to ensure proper lines of communication.
