Safestay

Safestay is a joint venture between Moorfield Group and Safeland plc, both of which have proven entrepreneurial track records of significant scale: Safeland plc was the company behind the launch of the very successful self-storage company, Safestore plc and Moorfield Group created the student accommodation provider Domain, as well as a budget hotel developer and operator, Kew Green Hotels. Setting a new benchmark in safe, stylish and affordable accommodation in London, Safestay is a new brand of contemporary hostels. Safestay at Elephant & Castle is the first of several developments to come and the Joint Venture is actively seeking further sites for redevelopment.
