The company is part of Safal Group, Africa's largest producer of metal roofing sheet with 36 operations in 12 African countries. We have operations in Maputo and Beira, with distributors of our products in most major locations in Mozambique. Safintra have been operating on the Mozambican market since 2008. Safintra Mozambique produces metal roofing sheet in various profiles for both residential and industrial use. Our well-established brands which are available in the market include Lion and Tufdek as well the innovative concealed fix profiles Saflok® and Newlok®. We also distribute accessories required for roofing such as fasteners and insulation. The company utilizes Aluminium-Zinc coated steel available under the brand names ZincAL® for unpainted or bare coil, while the painted coil is branded ColorPlus®. The main properties of Aluminium Zinc is that it extends the service life of metal sheets by up to 4 (four) times and that it reflects heat, reducing heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer.
