Sain Construction

Sain Construction Company was established in 1933 by Pete Sain, Sr. In the beginning, the commercial construction company employed about fifteen workers and over the years has grown to work force in excess of one hundred employees. The company is now owned and operated by Jimmy Sain and Pete Sain, Jr. The company is a privately held partnership with the main office located in Manchester, Tennessee. Sain Construction Company holds a strong commitment to quality, budget control, and on time performance.
