Saizeriya

SAIZERIYA CO., LTD., a Japan-based company together with its subsidiaries, is primarily involved in the restaurant business. The Company is engaged in the operation of a chain of Italian wine and cafe restaurants under the name Saizeriya. As of August 31, 2007, it operated 761 Saizeriya restaurants nationwide, seven fast food restaurants under the names Eat Run and Saizeriya EXPRESS, as well as 15 restaurants in Shanghai, China. Additionally, the Company is also involved in the processing of food ingredients, as well as the delivery business. Through its domestic subsidiary, SAIZERIYA is engaged in the arrangement of business trips and transportation, the sale of tickets, the planning of advertising business-related events and the provision of non-life insurance agency services, among others.
