Javier Garcia has been five times Spanish Barista Champion and achieved 4th place at the World Barista Championship 2011 which took place in Bogotá (Colombia). We have ahead a very important moment both for the city of San Sebastian (European Capital of Culture in 2016) and the specialty coffee scene, undoubtedly an emerging industry in our country with a promising future. WHY WE DO IT? We want to offer an exceptional product, transparent and sustainable. Our mission from Irún and Donostia-San Sebastián is for you to enjoy the diversity of pleasant tastes this kinds of coffees can offer. As we start this new venture, and with the help of trustful green coffee importers that get directly involved with producers - working with farms and co-ops to improve both quality and farmers quality of life, we offer you seasonal, fresh, unique coffees. Each coffee is identified to the real name of the producer, farm or co-op, aiming to respect the hard work done along the producing chain.
