We have developed a program called "Organizational Integrity" to further ensure that we continue to meet our responsibilities. An essential part of this program is "Standards of Conduct," which, as you will note in the following statements, continues to promote our values and compliance with ethical principles, regulations and laws. We strive to continuously shape a culture where we are known for doing the right thing for all concerned. We support and nurture our identity as a vital community-based resource.
