Since 1 February 2013, Sander Gourmet has supported Slow Food. After all, culinary pleasure and conscious nourishment go together. Enjoyable cuisine goes hand in hand with an appreciation for nature, as well as a commitment to the conservation of the environment. At Sander Gourmet, we recognise this responsibility and accordingly only select suppliers that promote human treatment of animals, sustainable fishing and environmental protection. Compliance with ethical and environmental standards (including requirements for environmental protection, occupational safety and good working and social conditions) demonstrates the ambitions of our corporate social responsibility. Slow Food Germany eV is committed to good, clean and fair-trade foods, which are based on traditional artisanal production using high-quality ingredients without additives or preservatives. These are essential values for Sander Gourmet, and therefore we strongly support the work and goals of Slow Food Germany eV.
