Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Chennai, India, The Sanmar Group is a global manufacturing conglomerate. The group operates through two branches, SHL Chemicals Group and Engineering, Shipping businesses and Joint Ventures. Through these branches the group provides engineering and shipping services and also manufactures products such as PVC resins, caustic soda, chlorochemicals, refrigerant gas, and Industrial salt.
