Sannova was founded in 2006 with the simple idea of providing the kind of services that Dr. Rao Marepalli sought from the CROs in his ten year career at Sandoz (later Novartis) pharmaceuticals. The kind of services that do not merely validate methods according to the regulatory guidance, but rather validate methods as accurately and as precisely as achievable. As Sannova grew, so did its reputation for outstanding performance, which not only facilitates effective NCE development but also results in a high success rate for BE studies. Guided by this spirit of "raising the bar" for CRO performance, Sannova grew from a company with just one LC/MS/MS instrument and one employee situated in a 4000 square feet facility to one with 14 LC/MS/MS instruments and 40 employees occupying 21,000 square feet. All of Sannova's 14 mass specs were each purchased directly from AB Sciex, and represent the most modern and sensitive instrument available at the time of purchase. The same goes for the modern Agilent 5977A GC/MS, and the modern Agilent 7900 ICP/MS equipped with the Milestone Ultrawave digestion system. Added at the request of clients seeking the same kind of excellence that defined Sannova's bioanalytical capabilities, Sannova offers CMC services with Agilent, Waters Infinity and Shimadzu HPLC's, Agilent and Distek Dissolution systems, and modern stability chambers.
