Sansha Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor devices, power supply equipment and electronic equipment. The Company operates in two business segments. The Semiconductor Devices segment manufactures and sells semiconductor devices, including thyristors, triacs and diodes. The Power Supply and Electronic Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of charging apparatus, cleaning devices, medical equipment, electrical regulators, inverters, uninterrupted power supplies (UPSs), power sources for metal finishing, plating and welding, as well as power sources for illuminants. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the provision of repair,maintenance,inspection and installation services of electrical equipment, as well as the electrical wiring works. Sansha Electric Manufacturing has eight subsidiaries.
