SAS High School

Syracuse Academy of Science Charter School (SASCS) is a tuition-free, public school offering a college preparatory curriculum in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. SASCS serves students from the city of Syracuse students, as well as students from other districts in Onondaga County, with an enrollment of 400 in grades 8-12. Through its highly specialized curriculum, SASCS also aims to produce career-driven young leaders with the preparation and drive to achieve their goals, particularly in STEM disciplines. SASCS believes that our science fair is one of the most important parts of this process. We believe students gain a greater appreciation of science by engaging in original, hands-on research, writing, and representation. Our science fair will include more than 50 projects.
