Stark Area Regional Transit Authority

SARTA aims to provide safe and reliable transportation for Stark County veterans. The transit authority provides nearly 10,000 rides to Stark County veterans each year. SARTA also has partnered with the Stark County Veterans Services Commission (VSC) to provide veterans with free rides to the Wade Park VA Hospital in Cleveland for medical appointments throughout the year. This route, Route 4, is the longest continuous bus route in Ohio. Route 4 leaves Canton three times a day Mondays through Fridays, and there are three return trips from Cleveland to Canton. Veterans must coordinate medical trips with the VSC (330-451-7457 ext. 3).
