S.A.S. Textile Corporation Co., Ltd. was established in 1983 with a registered capital of USD 40,000 (at the present rate of exchange) for the purpose of exporting and importing woven fabrics. Located in Chinatown, the center of textile wholesalers in Thailand, S.A.S. flourished. In 1988, we expanded the business and constructed our own weaving factory, called S.A.S. Weaving Company Limited, with a registered capital of USD 1,200,000 (at the present exchange rate) and located at 244 Moo 3, Soi Wadlamphapae, Suksawad Road, Bangprakod, Samutprakarn 10130, Thailand. The factory produces shirting and suiting fabrics to supply and respond to the demand of the local market. In the same year, we further expanded the scope of our business by exporting our fabrics to Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Since the factory was formed, we have developed and improved our production capacity and quality. With our high-tech machines from Europe and Japan, we are proud to say that we can compete successfully in the international market. To meet increased demand, S.A.S. Weaving Company Limited increased its registered capital in 1992 to USD 2,140,000 (at the present exchange rate). This allowed us to raise our production capacity to 8,000,000 yards per year. Our constant attention to details and our continuing efforts to improve product quality, coupled with the dedication and cooperation of our management and staff, have contributed to the growth and prosperity of our company. Our total assets today are worth more than USD 15,000,000 (estimated amount as of April 2005, as specified in the company profile).
