Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital

Founded in 1956, Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital (SPMHC) includes not-for-profit acute care hospital located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin and four primary care clinics in Black Earth, Plain, Spring Green and Lodi. SPMHC provides care for people in the service area, which extends from Poynette to Lone Rock, from Plain to Black Earth.
