Established in 1974, Scanwel is a company based in North Wales, U.K. run by Ian Owen. Rupert Smith is in charge of the surface analysis, nanoscience and deposition product ranges. The company is a manufacturer of vacuum chambers, fabrications and system kits, a stocklist of vacuum components and a distributor of leading vacuum, surface and nanoscience products.
