SCDA

Founded in 1995 by veteran sports car racer and driving instructor William Prout, the Sports Car Driving Association (SCDA) provides driving enthusiasts with the opportunity to experience high performance driving in a safe and controlled environment. SCDA events are strictly driver educational events, and are non-competitive. The organization welcomes everyone from novices with no track experience to seasoned track drivers. Prior to the founding of the SCDA, drivers had few ways to experience driving on a race track but to compete in a wheel-to-wheel environment. Today, owners of high performance cars who want to experience their capabilities and develop their driving skills recognize the SCDA as the best way to make their dreams a reality.
