Schmackary

Schmackary's is a unique cookie shop that serves over 45 varieties of cool cookie concoctions and other scrumptiously delicious baked goods and sweet confections. The quality of our product, especially cookies, is the key component to the success and future of Schmackary's. Producing quality-baked goods at all times is the #1 priority of our bakers. As a result, we are looking for bakers who have a passion for quality, an attention to detail, and have a strong work ethic needed to prosper in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must also be committed to exceptionally high standards for cleanliness, organization, and quality control. Creativity and passion are a must while paying attention to our strict methods and standards. Following precise recipes is essential, paying very close attention to our methods and processes. Prior experience (at least 1-2 years) in the food industry is required, preferably with an independent bakery, café, or similar establishment. Culinary training and a NYC Food Protection Certificate are a major plus.
