Sunraysia Community Health Services

Sunraysia Community Health Services (SCHS) is a publicly funded health service, in Mildura, Victoria, 550 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. SCHS takes a holistic approach to the needs of clients and the community with an emphasis on continuous quality improvement and excellence in service delivery based on the principles of collaborative primary care. SCHS has been operating in the Sunraysia area since 1976. A not for profit organisation, employing over 200 staff, SCHS offers Mildura and surrounding communities in excess of 50 different services. These services are predominantly provided from our purpose-built facility on the corner of Thirteenth Street and Deakin Avenue Mildura. We also deliver services at other locations in Mildura including at the HECHT Adult Activity Centre (Johns Street), Daybreak (non-residential rehabilitation program) and The Family and Child Hub (Pine Avenue, Mildura) as well as in-home care.
