Schulte Staffing Solutions was established by father-daughter team, Brad and Niki Schulte in 2011. With Brad's 20+ year's of industry experience and Niki's drive to grow the business, they moved from their home office in 2013 to their current location in historic Salem. Since their move they have experienced continual growth and fulfilled set expectations. Schulte Staffing Solutions now has a cohesive team of professionals with a deep rooted knowledge of the industry and a drive to provide the best service to our clients, candidates, and each other. Through these stages of growth they have always focused on maintaining their original company and personal mission which is; integrity, honest customer service, local decision making and developing business relationships that are personal.
