Gerald H. Schwarz, AIA was employed for five years at the Fort Worth office of James R. Wooten & Associates after graduation from college. At this firm, he worked on a wide variety of projects including the redesign of Fort Worth's Park Hill bridge, an FWAIA Merit Award winner. Mr. Schwarz started his own firm in 1990 before teaming up with Tod Hanson, AIA. Tod D. Hanson, AIA was employed with JPJ Architects of Dallas from 1991-1992 and Gideon Toal Architects from 1994-1995. At both firms, Mr. Hanson was heavily involved in large-scale projects including a major expansion of the Dallas Convention Center while with JPJ Architects. Both principals are registered architects for the state of Texas and Mr. Schwarz is also a registered interior designer for the state of Texas.
