About Scilancer, LLC: Scilancer, LLC was formed in Dallas, Texas in 2017 by two biochemists -- Martin Kucej, Ph.D. and J.W. Bizzaro, M.Sc. The STEM freelancing marketplace, Scilancer.com, was inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, who had various patrons in art, architecture and engineering, and was also renowned for his independent studies in science and mathematics.
