PVC roofs are the preferred single ply roof membrane of both state and federal agencies for re-roofing and new construction. These roofs have an unsurpassed fire resistance with self-extinguishing ability. Scott Roofing has a long time relationship with IB Roof Systems, the leader in PVC technology. IB products are available in 50, 60, and 80 mil thicknesses with various warranty options. These options include 15, 20, and 25 year warranties, a residential lifetime warranty, and a "no dollar limit" option that covers any unforeseen problems with the roof in the future. Scott Roofing also works very closely with property management companies. We install high quality roofs and comply with any special requirements of Condominium and Homeowners Associations. Scott Roofing maintains proper insurance for these projects and we work hard to maintain the respect and trust of these companies and organizations. The PVC roof pictured below was installed on a small Reno business in 2008. Scott Roofing worked closely with the property owner in replacing the roof and much of the old HVAC equipment with a trusted sub-contractor.
