If SDB PLC/UPay unable to provide or conduct the competition and services as a result of force majeure, the SDB PLC/UPay will not be in breach of any of its obligations towards you under these Terms. A decision made under the Force Majeure event or inability to fulfill any obligation due to the Force Majeure cannot be challenged in any way.
