We started our property business back in 1999, where we were first involved in the project management of Millennium Heights, one of the island's largest gated communities of apartments, condominiums, town houses and private residences. We were then appointed property managers for the entire site and have gained international contacts as well as good friends in our clients along the way. Managing Director Lee Gooding established the company and grew it with the help of his wife Chantelle Gooding to what it is today, along with their amazing team consisting of Jason McFarlane, Lisa Coyle, Tara Hammond, Lyn-marie Hunte and Allan Williams. Living and working across the island means we bring a huge amount of property knowledge and experience. We have earned a reputation for quality and a friendly service too.
