SEA TRADERS

Sea Traders S.A. is a very well-experienced company, established in 1974 to manage bulk carriers. The company then took under its management ten heavy lifters carrying general and heavy cargoes (ex-Hansa vessels), another 5 heavy lifters (ex-P&O vessels) and two general cargo vessels which were able to accommodate containers in holds and on deck. The fleet was periodically sold to other owners or for demolition, and the last bulk carrier was sold in July 2007. The company has undertaken a modernisation programme since that time, ordering extensive new buildings. Sea Traders continues to represent a strong presence in the bulk industry, and has developed a reputation for technical excellence and has provided services for many first class customers. The vessels are in class with first class classification societies such as ABS, DNV, NKK, BV and GL.
