Sea World Management SAM (SWM) is a maritime services firm, established in Monaco since 1990, and offers Investors and Ship Owners the platform of service functions to manage investments in all segments of shipping: Product Tanker, Dry Bulker, Ro-Ro, and Offshore/cable-seismic vessels. The SWM Management team of experienced shipping professionals and support staff today comprises 21 people, all located in the 270m2 office in the Gildo Pastor building in Monaco. SWM has in recent years successfully executed research, deal execution, establishment of Owner structures, sourced equity funding and debt finance, as well provided the subsequent full services platform to manage the investments into 10 vessel acquisition projects. Services in particular include: Full in-house Technical Management, including vetting, insurance and dry-docking management. Commercial & Corporate Management, including contracting, legal, compliance and financial reporting. Deal sourcing, Project & Funding Management, including research, sourcing and full project running. SWM has been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, credentials that certify Quality and Environmental Management systems are in place to insure consistent, reliable customer service while operating in an environmentally safe and sustainable manner. The SWM Management team has extensive shipping experience and a strong global network with all stakeholders in the international shipping & finance community, and brings a proven track record of efficient, successful, and sustainable Technical, Commercial and Corporate management experience, having held Senior positions in public and private shipping & energy companies. Presently, SWM provides full Technical, Commercial and Corporate Management services for nine (9) vessels built 2001-2006, with single purpose vessel Owner structures in Malta and Marshall Islands, and with Panama flag registration. Financing was arranged in part with Banks, Equity, and Sovereign Funds. SWM is also expanding their full Technical Management services to 3rd parties, having first assumed management of four dry bulk carriers in autumn 2019. The SWM staff is experienced and fully equipped to manage vessels in all ship types and segments.
