Secure Site Solutions was started by Security Professionals with multiple years of technical and business development experience within the commercial electronic security industry. Having worked for multiple national security companies we noticed a consistent and unsettling trend. Customer Service was not considered a priority for many companies, their focus was and is still on "shareholder value" and unfortunately listening and taking care of customers has fallen to the wayside.
