SEIWA ELECTRIC MFG. CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of information services, as well as the manufacture and sale of information equipment, lighting equipment, resin products and new business products. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the maintenance and sale of computers and the development and sale of software, the manufacture and sale of electromagnetic wave protection products, in addition to manpower dispatching business. Its equipment and products include light emitting diode (LED) signals, lighting equipment for roads, tunnels, underground and industrial use, lighting LED units, interior lighting LED modules, bulb LED lamps, protective equipment for wires, opto devices, duct cutters, mark tube holders, cutting ducts and edge fingers, among others. As of March 31, 2008, the Company has six subsidiaries.
