Sentry is a private company working in agricultural and rural business management. The company was set up in the early 1970's and since then it has continued to develop and expand. The company today is principally owned by our employees. The company's management structure, via a career ladder from trainees through to the directors, gives Sentry a competitive advantage and leads to people joining for the opportunity of a structured career path. The company now has three main divisions: Farms: Our core business, where we are continuing to develop our farm business tenancies, contract farming and management agreements.
