Customer is responsible for their own license. How long does it take for my server to be setup ? All servers are instantly setup after payment is received. If your server is not up in 5 minutes or less, please contact support. Can I upgrade my server ? You can switch to a higher end server at any time from your client area. For individual component upgrade pricing please open a ticket on our helpdesk to check for availability. What payment methods do you accept ? We accept all major credit cards and paypal. Do you offer DDoS Protection ? Yes, all servers come with complimentary free DDoS protection. Do you offer cPanel/WHM ? Yes we do, it will be available to purchase during sign up. Can I purchase more IPs ? Yes you can, please contact sales department by opening a ticket on our helpdesk. Additional IPs are charged at $2/m per IPv4. What virtualization do you utilize ? We use the most current openvz (Mini and Fast VZ plans) and kvm (Pro-VM plans) virtualization. Do you provide server management and backups ?
