Service Mechanical has full design/build capabilities and is a recognized professional design firm of Illinois. Our design engineers utilize their experience and expertise to analyze existing mechanical systems and resolve problems, providing the customer with effective solutions. We design new systems which provide quality comfort while maximizing energy savings. Our engineers work closely with architects, builders, and owners to evaluate the specific needs of a project. Through the use of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), we identify the parameters of the project, qualify the mechanical needs, control the cost of construction, and minimize the cost of operations.
