When this has been agreed, there will be an implementation stage, where we will put in place a complete operating procedure tailored to the particular client's needs, incorporating an online customer login portal to manage your contract. Our aim is to maximise efficiency from the start of the contract. All of our customers' are supported promptly and efficiently by our help desk during office hours and by a 24 hour manned bureau for out of hours emergencies.
