Sevco is a small family run business which was established in 1967 by local engineer and business man Brian Evans and his wife Sylvia; trading as S.Evans & Co and offering a specialist engraving service, watch and jewellery making and repairs across South Wales. Over the coming years they branched out into trophy and woods manufacturing and successfully won large military contracts for specialist engraving which they still service today. As the progression of the industry developed so did the business and its specialisms. In 1998 the group was expanded and Sevco Safety Limited was opened; providing uniforms, work wear, safety footwear and equipment to all local industries. Today Sevco Safety Ltd and S.Evans & Co operate as Sevco from the shop in Angel Street in Neath. Sevco embraces technology and has always used cutting edge machines and software to ensure precision and the highest quality of work and this is reflected throughout both sides of the business from printing and embroidery to the glass engraving and stone mason templates.
