SF Properties is a real estate development, leasing, and management firm headquartered in Brookline, Massachusetts with a regional office in Pennsylvania. The company's president, Gerald D. Cohen, currently operates over 34 properties consisting of shopping centers, downtown storeblocks, office buildings and apartments. SF Properties, Inc. has had extensive experience in the renovation and restoration of properties throughout Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and North Carolina. SF Properties' holdings in Massachusetts include properties in Auburn, Brockton, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Framingham, Newton, Northampton, Norwell, Plainville, Randolph, Somerset, Wellesley and Worcester. SF Properties, Inc.'s other holdings are in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Jerry is an Organizer of a new federally chartered bank in Massachusetts - Commonwealth National Bank. Jerry currently serves as both a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Jerry currently serves as a member of the Board of Overseers at The Children's Hospital in Boston; a member of Kellogg's Graduate School of Management's Real Estate Research Center Advisory Board; a member of Brown University's Corporation Committee on Facilities and Design and Chairman of the Real Estate Sub-Committee; an Overseer of the Museum of Science; and member of the Executive Board of the New England Anti-Defamation League. Jerry is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC") and a licensed Massachusetts and Pennsylvania real estate broker. During 1989 to 1991, Jerry was a member of the Massachusetts Health and Education Facilities Authority, a state authority responsible for approving bond authorizations for hospitals and higher education facilities, and Chairman of the Authority's Finance Committee.
