The company has a number of developments underway including projects in Caldera Springs, Bend, Sunriver, Brasada Ranch, area acreages, Broken Top and Eagle Crest. To date, the company has built over 500 custom homes and has worked for most of Central Oregon's major developers throughout the construction of 12 Planned Communities.
