SFS Global Logistics operates only in 13 offices in Asia Pacific in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. However, we do not have any intention to operate our own offices in China and India for the management of general cargo, as it is a huge market and we recognise our limitations to provide excellent and competitive service to our partners. SFS is not a network within a network and either is it a franchise company. SFS operates with proper structure and organisation legally registered at each of its locations. SFS is an active participant of WCA activities and ensures that ALL SFS offices are present including the Directors and Key Staff of each SFS offices. What makes us unique is our integrity and neutrality. Between each SFS offices in Asia, we remain non exclusive to each other and our non competing strategy resulted in many freight forwarders operating in Asia to take us as their partners to develop joint sales strategy. What SFS will NEVER do is to pass existing business from one forwarder to another forwarder. All businesses transacted with SFS will be treated with the strictest confidence. Our aim is to provide exceptional service to our WCA partners and work jointly to develop sales. At SFS, we will be there for you.
