SG Construction, Inc. is a privately held organization that was incorporated in 2006. We offer our clients full service integrated solutions in general construction. Since our incorporation we have evolved into general construction in both private and public sector clients. We offer our clients professional service that starts with the initial bid to the completion of the work and always are able to deliver the multiple projects at multiple sites with concurrent dead lines. We have developed strong client relationships and strategic alliances. Our staff has vast expertise in the following areas: 1- As member of the FEDERAL PROGRAMS HUBZone we are qualified and capable to work on many different areas regarding the USA Federal Government. 2. Knowledge and professional experience on pharmaceutical environment. This includes all interior construction and MEP works related to clean rooms. 3- Strong knowledge on gypsum board and interior works. Fully certified installer by STO Products. Over a million square feet installed beginning with pharmaceutical AMGEN: Opus Microbial Plant 2002-2003. Private projects with Caribbean Cinemas: Santa Isabel and Las Piedras Town Center. Hospital San Jorge: emergency rooms and Public project: Comandancia de Policia area de Ponce, Doctor Hospital in Santurce. 4- Vast experience in general construction of all scopes, This includes concrete, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing of public and private projects. 5- Knowledge in revisions and structures evaluations utilizing applicable current regulation.
