Safety Glass Experts offer a wide variety of consulting services, for the development of bullet resistant glass (BRG) and the required manufacturing processes, for both automotive and architectural products. Our knowledge of ballistics coupled to the required lamination technology enables us to provide assistance with the rapid design and development of products that will meet the exacting international test standards required for this type of glass production, including BS EN 1063, NIJ and STANAG. We therefore, offer our client s a full package of technical knowledge and practical experience in order to set up BRG manufacturing capabilities within an existing lamination factory or the design and assembly of a completely new and dedicated BRG factory. Our technical package includes the training of operators, tool manufacturing, lamination techniques, the manufacture of ballistic test samples and all other requirements. Our knowledge of glass bending techniques and the associated tooling will enable our clients to manufacture excellent quality (curved) automotive BRG which, is probably the most lucrative of all automotive glass products. We also offer the same consultation services for: Bomb Resistant Glass and Anti-Bandit Glass.
