Shabangu Architects

The practice was founded by Mangaliso Shabangu in 1997 and was later joined by Tapiwa Muvevi in 2004. Shabangu Architects is committed to the principle of affirmative action and black economic empowerment and have, since inception, created opportunities for employment of previously marginalised persons and actively contributed to their advancement. The practice is led by two directors who are supported by architects, technicians, students and two secretaries. Our office is fully computerized with a networked Autocad system and a three dimensional presentation software. Our architectural philosophy is based on design excellence, technical expertise as well as creative planning.
