The firm was founded on the basic premise of providing world class property consultancy services in Africa to both the residents of the continent and its foreign investors. Chileshe Musonda, the company's Chairman has an extensive experience in Africa conducting property valuations in Zambia, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Namibia, South Africa and Botswana. His unique experience and training in the UK provides him with a rare opportunity to understand the complex requirements of high profile international clients.
