INI includes the disciplines of architecture, interior design,engineering, master planning, urban and regional planningand visualization in a research-based practice in India. We are Indian in spirit as well as international. Our belief that India is uniquely positioned in the world attracted many of us to return here from international locations. We bring thoughtful, innovative design to our communities in India and abroad. To do this we sustain our practice with successful relationships with our clients, both public and private, each with unique aspirations. Our goal is to help raise the bar of quality of life in India especially in terms of housing, healthcare, education, urban spaces and infrastructure through thoughtful design, planning and engineering. We aim for the most effective result in every project we do with a focus on community, sustainability and environment. We plan to achieve this goal through research, learning and invention.
