PIANC - The World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure brings together international experts with a common goal: providing safe work environments and efficient operational conditions in ports and harbors. PIANC and its members provide expert high-quality technical reports and guidelines for the waterborne transport industry. As a leading fender manufacturer and supplier it is in our interest to contribute to the goal of PIANC and to support the organization with all of our knowledge and expertise. Together with PIANC, we are working on improving industry standards as well as PIANC recommendations, for instance through intensive efforts in the PIANC Working Group 145 'Berthing Velocities and Fender Design' or the current update of WG33 'Guidelines for the Design of Fender Systems'. Updating 'Guidelines for the Design of Fender Systems'
