Starz Dance Studio

Please read below to see how Shining Starz is keeping up to date with the Dance Industry and local health officials. At Shining Starz Dance Studio, the health and safety of our faculty and students are our most important priorities. As COVID-19 continues to spread and affect many parts of the U.S., we have been closely monitoring state and local conditions. After consulting with dance industry leaders, local health officials, and keeping in line with the local school systems, we have determined that it is in the best interest of our faculty and families to temporarily suspend all in-person classes at the studio and move them to an online format instead. Effective March 23rd, the studio building will be closed at least until April 6th to help do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Our office staff will be available remotely via email and text and our classes will be delivered to you online with instructions being sent to your inbox in the coming days! We know it is important to provide some normalcy for children during this time, as well as an outlet for movement and continuation in working towards the goal of our Annual Recital scheduled for May 29-30. We know you as parents will appreciate something to keep them entertained and engaged as well! We are so excited about the offerings we have coming your way in the next week! Dancers will have the opportunity to complete pre-recorded classes on their own time, attend a few live classes where they can see their teachers and friends virtually, have access to additional resources to keep those young dancers busy and practice their Recital Dances at home! Diamond level dancers will also have the opportunity to train virtually with some master teachers and So You Think You Can Dance stars in addition to the content we provide.
