Regular project meetings involving the design team and accurate cost reporting throughout the build process provide transparency, control and reassurance. We are very proud of our portfolio of work, which includes projects from the very contemporary through to delicate restoration of listed buildings. This extensive experience has allowed us to build and maintain talented site teams and each project is assigned its own Site Manager from the outset, backed up by a dedicated Commercial Manager/QS. These permanent teams are augmented by exceptional specialist contractors with whom we have forged strong working relationships over the past decade. They operate with exactly the same standards and ethos as Ship Shape. Most of our work comes from recommendations and referrals from the clients, architects and interior designers we have worked with previously. Our portfolio includes the traditional tendered project as well as those awarded on a negotiated basis.
