This gives us ultimate control for pinpointing reliability issues, and implementing solutions as quickly and cost efficiently as possible. For example, in 2016 we switched the slide switch on this PCB (pictured above) to a push button for better water resistance, without raising the price for customers. In 2015, Casey opened our package in one of his vlogs, among many other items he received that day. We watched a ton of his videos, and knew he would love ShredLights for riding his Boosted boards at night. To our knowledge, he never used the lights since they didn't pop up in future videos. While it was a bummer he didn't use them, we couldn't be mad and were stoked he opened our package. He's one of our favorite creators to this day. 2016 - 2018
