Supplier Invoice Control Programme

SICP (Supplier Invoice Control Programme) is an automated, Internet and call centre based system developed to enable all ARG companies to access standardised and authorised quotation prices for the ARG market. This is achieved either from their office environment, or in the field. It allows for the efficient administration of glazing and repair invoices. The system provides for the centralised price checking of all automotive glazing and associated products. Simply logging into the system via a standard internet connection with a unique user name and password provides access to the SICP system, which will respond in seconds with the current price of replacement unit based on the ARGIC code. Once produced, authorised quotations can be printed or Emailed for future use. Previous authorised quotation activity can be viewed by the members' activity search in the Members' Functions area for any period of time. Moble fitters can make price checks with any satellite or other wirelesss internet connection, but importantly, also from WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) enabled mobile telephones, thereby maintaining the efficiency and accuracy.
